It ‘the first school built by Father John in Kampala , after his return to Uganda following the second expulsion. The first buildings date back to 1999 and during all these years has been enlarged several times: in addition to the Day Added a section Boarding, with colleges where young orphans or who come from afar can sleep and live.
Father John took over this school located in Kitintale, a short distance from the mission, in 2009. The structure was bankrupt and its 700 pupil, many of them refugees from Sudan, were likely to end up in the middle of a road.
Together we have restored and we reclaimed the land, swampy for the vicinity of Lake Victoria.
We built new dormitories, as the children were sleeping in the classrooms where they were piled beds of luck. We built the toilets, installing a new kitchen and expanded classrooms.
